Our story is a great example of the "Invisible String Theory." We both attended Texas A&M (whoop!) for our undergraduate degrees and were there at the same time. We were in similar, if not the same classes, the same organizations, and even shared some of the same friends.

Fast forward a few years after graduation and a pandemic, and we both ended up in Fort Worth, Texas, working at the same inpatient rehabilitation hospital where Kelly was a therapist and Grayson had begun working as a therapy technician before PT school. There, we met and became friends, then even better friends, and eventually, best friends. That summer, we went out to a Rangers game with our friends, and while we were convinced it was not a date, everyone around us knew it was. The instant connection and chemistry couldn't be denied, and we have been inseparable (or insufferable, you pick) since.

We began dating, and the rest is history. We shared our first apartment together in Fort Worth, and while the space was small, the impact and the memories made were huge.

We got engaged on February 22nd, 2025, after Kelly ran her first race and Grayson insisted on a nice lunch just the two of them at the Modern Art Museum (not fishy at all).

Since being engaged, Grayson has been accepted to and began PT school at Texas State's Round Rock Campus and Kelly has began working at another inpatient rehabilitation hospital as a therapist.

Our paths may not have crossed in college, but that invisible string was there, pulling us together just at the right moment. It's a little cheesy and a touch cliché, but we really wouldn't have it any other way.
